Our General CrossFit classes are structured to help people from different walks of life & fitness backgrounds improve themselves physically, emotionally & spiritually through fitness, nutrition & fellowship. We do this through fun yet challenging workouts that can be scaled to meet individual fitness needs. See any one of the coaches for more details.
**As of January 2018 ALL NEW MEMEBRS MUST attend evening classes. You will work one-on-one with a coach to learn proper technique and form.

Note: If you are new, PLEASE make sure to arrive 10-15min prior to class in order to complete the waiver!!! This is EXTREMELY important! If you arrive right at class time without completing a waiver, you'll be required to wait until the next time slot to workout.
