Our General CrossFit classes are structured to help people from different walks of life & fitness backgrounds improve themselves physically, emotionally & spiritually through fitness, nutrition & fellowship. We do this through fun yet challenging workouts that can be scaled to meet individual fitness needs. See any one of the coaches for more details.
**As of December 2016, the following classes are full and NO NEW attendees will be able to join the class:
Session 3 Runs from January 17th - February 21st
Session 4 Runs from March 6th - April 20th

CrossFit FFTC Kids is a program designed for children of all ages. We strive to empower these kids with a love of fitness and show them that workouts can be fun. Our workouts are scaled to meet the needs of each individual child, while at the same time giving them the proper training and tools required to do workouts safely and efficiently.
Tuesday - Thurday - Fridays at 6:30p.m.
CrossFit FFTC's teen program is committed to 1.)build strong, confident, hardworking teens who love fitness and 2.)help improve performance in all areas of their life. Teens will engage in fun workouts that deliver results while preparing them to be well-rounded athletes & individuals. This program is not sports specific, but rather, a general program thats scalable to each individuals fitness level, designed to help each teen improve in these physical skills & domains: Strength-Power-Speed-Coordination-Agility-Stamina-Endurance-Flexibility-Balance-Accuracy. Note: If you are new, PLEASE make sure to arrive 10-15min prior to class in order to complete the waiver!!! This is EXTREMELY important! If you arrive right at class time without completing a waiver, you'll be required to wait until the next time slot to workout.
